my opinion is that they are both good but completely different. if gears of war wasnt based on connection speed and host lag it would be better. halo is more fun if your in to fast paced gaming and gears of war is slower required much more team work.

I think with the lack of improvement made upon Halo 2 versus Gears 2 makes Gears the winnner

Yea i have to agree with Bal the Gfx and the gameplay of gears of war 2 is awsome vs the gfx on halo 3 is ok
